In this section, we list various programs and resources designed to support educational trips to Pennsylvania.

Explore York

  • Explore York Grant Program: To promote overnight tourism within York County, two grant rounds per year and looking to expand recipients to any tour groups. Round 1 is uncapped and round 2 has a limit of $20,000.
  • York County Alliance for Learning: Innovation grants provide educators with access to capital to implement classroom innovations in career exploration and awareness, in the form of seed money grants up to $2,000.

Visit Pittsburgh

Many local civic organizations, such as Rotary Clubs and Lions Clubs, also offer small grants and scholarships.

Visit Cumberland Valley

  • CAEDC Destination Sales Grant. Grants ranging from $3,000 to $100,000 based on the room nights produced. $ 100,000 grants are based on event bookings over 2,500 room nights.
