During a visit to NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, students will get a hands-on look at the groundbreaking work being done in Earth science, astrophysics, planetary science and more. Onsite programs are available for school groups, with options tailored to different grade levels. Younger students can explore the challenges of living and working in space, while older students can dive into the engineering behind satellite construction. These interactive programs include live presentations and Q&A sessions, and groups can also take guided facility tours to see satellite construction, testing and operations areas.
