Students can journey through exhibits featuring life-size animatronic dinosaurs, authentic fossils, prehistoric sea creatures, astronomy, biology, history, and STEAM, then experience the excitement of a one-million-volt Tesla coil lightning demonstration and an immersive top-ten-rated planetarium experience. The newest exhibit, Wonders of the Sea, adds even more for students to discover, bringing marine science to life through colorful displays and interactive learning experiences.
Interactive STEM Experiences
The center offers plenty of interactive experiences with exhibits that encourage hands-on participation and live science demonstrations for engaging learning. Students can understand physics while downhill racing, use augmented reality to create maps, islands, and marine life, and learn about air dynamics and the Bernoulli Principle with levitating orbs in an air station. Elementary, middle, and high school groups can engage in age-appropriate activities aligned with STEM curriculum standards that offer memorable learning experiences.
