The Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE), in collaboration with the Environmental Education Alliance, Inc. (EEA), provides GOLD Grants to support outdoor learning for preK-12 public school students. Grants ranging from $500 to $5,000 are available to schools, districts, non-profit organizations, and public agencies, with beneficiaries being Georgia public school students. Funding can be used for educator professional development, schoolyard improvements, outdoor learning supplies, or field trips, all designed to create high-quality, nature-based educational experiences.
